Kalah Crawford

BIOGRAPHY Based out of Columbia, SC, Kalah Crawford found her passion for the art industry in 2017. Taking one single art class in 1999, Kalah found that drawing came easy for her. Though she surfaced a few basic paintings in the past, she never found an interest or will to learn more about it until then. She is on her way to paving a way for her future to become a full-time artist. She was selected to paint live at the SC Met Gala with celebrity host, former Miss USA 2017 Kara McCullough and James Patrick. She was also offered a contract to partake in her first big exhibition at Gallery 120 in Clover, SC for February 2019. In June of 2019, a second illustration was created for the book "21 Days to The New You" by Danielle Davis, M.E.D. A.D.D.

Art by Kalah, LLC.Kalah was commissioned for her first oil painting that showcased the story behind Joshua Corley through a museum exhibit presented by Dr. Walter Curry at the Aiken County Historical Museum. She was also selected as an exhibitor for The Saul Alexander Gallery for August 2020.

She is the CEO for A.D.D. Art By Kalah, LLC and is in the process of furthering her education in art.

Most recently Kalah was successful in creating her first portrait oil painting in 2020. She has also started her mural journey in 2020, her first job being at a Botanical Shop, landed her opportunities at Immersion in Columbia, SC and a restaurant. She has also received certification as an epoxy counter and floor installer/artist and has created her first pieces in a newly opening restaurant in Columbia, SC. She was recently acknowledged in the Columbia, Greenville and Charleston Business Monthly Magazine as a Woman to Watch. Her art is inspiring and captures the attention of her audience using an expression without boundaries.
