Hans Krause

BIOGRAPHY

Between coaching baseball, running Rae Crowther Co. and being an avid family man, Hans Krause looks to art as a creative expression of his life. Being the only child creativity with drawing and painting came naturally/ Following his childhood, Hans earned a BA at the University of Tampa along with a BS from the University of North Carolina.

ARTIST STATEMENT

Hello, I am an abstract artist who paints organic images on highly textured surfaces. I believe authentic art comes from the sacred land of creativity, the cup from which all sober artists drink from. I create because I have to. So, thank you for looking and the more you look the more I like you, and hopefully the more you will find. Hopefully my art can provide you with a teaspoon of hope, a little spark of elevation, and maybe your journey today travels a little easier. Knowledge is great but creativity rules. The world does not need another play it safe artist, so we need to take all the chances. It's okay to be strange, so embrace it. I hope you are in the ride, saddle up!
